90,000 SF adjacent to WellStar Windy Hill Hospital, acquired for $15,870,000. Marietta, GA. The property was sold in July 2022 for $22 Million.

Timber Ridge Medical Office:

Acquired for $6,436,000; NOI at $684K as of December 2021. Douglasville, GA. In August 2022 we sold Timber Ridge a little over $12 Million.

North Miami Beach Medical Office:

Acquired for $1million and sold for $1.65million eight months later. North Miami Beach, FL

Tamarac Medical Arts Building:

Acquired for $6.4 million and currently sold for $10.2 million – a 120% return on equity in 18 months. Tamarac, FL.

Andre Way Industrial:

Acquired for $4 million and sold for $6.4 million 18 months later. Delray Beach, FL

Lake Worth portfolio:

Acquired about 120 units of motel properties and converted them to residential micro-units, with a master lease to Goodwill. Sold for 100% return on equity in less than two years. Lake Worth, FL

Statler Garage Building:

Acquired from lender for $2.4 million; prior sale was for $6.3 million, and it was appraised at $6 million. Cleveland, OH

Banyan Hotel:

Acquired 402 units of hotel and extended stay rental for $6.3 million for conversion to micro-unit and extended stay rental. Current value over $24 million. Kissimmee, F

Republic Bank Building:

Acquired for $3.2 million and sold for nearly $4 million, with a $1 million additional sale of an easement. Louisville, KY

Gulfstream Hotel:

Acquired for $7.4 million and sold for $10.6 million. Lake Worth, FL

Linton Office Building:

Acquired for $7.3 million and sold for $10 million. Delray Beach, FL

Wells Fargo Tower:

150,000 SF office tower acquired for $34 million and sold as office condominiums for more than $45 million. Miami, FL

Itopia:

384-unit apartment complex acquired for $35 million and sold out as condos for more than $53 million. St. Petersburg, FL

Key Royal:

284-unit condominium complex acquired for $30 million and sold out as condos for more than $36 million. Naples, FL

Milano:

Hawthorn Estates Apartments:

396-unit apartment complex acquired for $28 million and sold for more than $32 million. Schaumburg, IL

Boynton Beach Office:

40,000 SF office complex acquired for $6.3 million in May 2021 at 50% occupancy. Brought occupancy to 100% in three months. Sold for $11 million. Boynton Beach in December 2022.

Huntington Bank Building:

Acquired for $20 million and sold for $40 million in 24 months. Cleveland, OH

Marquis Place Apartments:

Negotiated the acquisition of a 300-unit, 30+ acre apartment complex on behalf of a Municipal Client.

Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

Primary real estate consultant for all Airport land holdings outside the airport fence.  Managed over 300,000 feet of space on behalf of the client.

State of Alabama:

Broker of record for the State; executed multiple leases over a 3-year period totalling 1 million SF.

Ikea:

Sold approximately 30 acres in Marietta, GA on behalf of a municipal client to Ikea.

Atlanta United Football Club:

Negotiated the ground lease, on behalf of a Municipal client for approximately 35 acres for the Atlanta MLS team corporate headquarters and training facility. Further negotiated the sale of approximately 17 additional acres on behalf of the client.

Fulton County, Georgia:

Negotiated the purchase of over $20 million in off market assets on behalf of the largest County in Georgia.
